Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser via the initial payment method following our inspection of the returned item, with return shipping costs deducted.
Conditions for Returns
Items must arrive with a sales receipt in unaltered, unworn, and saleable condition. All original packaging — including tags, box, and pouch — must accompany returned merchandise. Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted unless deemed defective. Certain items may be excluded from returns.
Sets & Promotional Items
Set items must be returned complete, as a unit; individual pieces cannot be exchanged separately. For promotional purchases, the promotional item must also be returned. If not returned, the cost of the promotional item at full price will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Fees for Refunds
Any original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount. Please contact customer service with any questions about a refund.
